September Blogging Statistics – Continued Growth for The Downward Spiral

Unlike the U.S. economy, The Downward Spiral has continued to see expansion this past Quarter. The greatest compliment any blogger can be paid is to have his or her material read by a large number of people. That is exactly what’s happening, and I greatly appreciate all of your support. By the consistently high quality of the comments placed on the blog, it is apparent that I have a very intelligent and thoughtful readership, which is supremely gratifying.

And so, on to the numbers. TDS saw another monthly record of page views in September with just over 17,300, up from just over 15,800 In August and 14,500 in July, and is now averaging over 500 page views per day. All in all, pages on the site have been viewed around 64,000 times since I started blogging regularly in May. And this is even with readers having to be patient while I figure out how to do this blogging stuff correctly.

Once again, I’ll make an appeal. If you like what I write here (even if you don’t always agree with it), please pass it along to someone you know whom you might think will get something out of it. I try to write TDS as a primer for anyone who is where I was four years ago—just beginning to wake up to the cold, hard realities of peak oil and resource depletion. My hope is that by having a simple, one stop resource showing how major American institutions are either under duress or slowly collapsing will wake a few people up to the idea that:
It REALLY IS Different This Time.
So again, thanks for reading and "Let’s Be Careful Out There."
